Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer who boasts a range of brands which are successful all over the world. Across the Middle East, Levant and North Africa, their brands also hold many no. 1 market positions.Reporting to the Department Head, you are to manage the Supply Chain Process from the customer order to domestic / export logistics to cash with both local and regional distributors and to effectively collaborate to ensure stock availability is maximised.Responsibilities include:Sales Order Processing & Shipment Co-ordination /

• Set up and maintain customer listings and pricing on Excel and SAP and complete order process through SAP.
• Maximise order fulfilment by reviewing order to ensure product is in stock at warehouse.
• Manage effectively the stock with local and regional distributors.
• Liaise with third party logistics provider for order picking & outbound delivery performance.
• Organize transport and send invoices plus any required legal export documents for shipment.
• Proactively investigate to identify the 'root' cause of queries, to include critical examination of both internal and external processes. Implement improvement processes in order to ensure queries do not re-occur.
• Sales & Distribution Master Data Management on SAP

Relationship Management /

• Provide the external and internal customer with a single point of contact on all order/distribution logistic activities regarding outbound shipments.
• Develop Customer Supply Relationship with partners in order to fully understand their day to day requirements.
• Understand key distribution routes and warehouse operations. Develop relationship with key distribution/warehouse personnel with Distributors.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service, Order processing, Export Logistics position from a Multinational FMCG Manufacturer / Distributor or Freight Forwarding company

Education

• Studying or professionally qualified within Logistics or Supply chain.

Skills

• SAP/APO DP knowledge is essential - Excel mastery.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Arabic will be a plus.
• Knowledge of export shipments and documentation, Inco-terms is essential
