Our client is one of the leading architectural consultancy firms in Nigeria with experts in Architecture, Interior and Landscape designing, Consultancy and Project Management.
We are looking to recruit for them a Senior Architect/Head of Studio.
The position holder will be reporting to the Managing Director while performing these listed functions:
-Monitoring the progress of the Architects,Draughts men,Technicians and site workers.
-Helping with issues relating to their work and finding ways of resolving any problems that arises.
-Reporting to the MD on pending issues
-Direct interaction with clients,consultants and contractorsEnsuring that deadlines and targets are met.
The job winner should be down with the following qualifications,Skills know-how and expertise:
-A member of the Institute of architects in his/her country of residence.
-5 years experience in a very fluid company-Special technical skills in 3D, Animation design, Autocad, Corel Draw.
-Must have an eye for details, hardworking and intelligent.-A good team player with good managerial skills.
