Job Description - General Manager

The chosen candidate should have a good first degree in a numeric course(Physical or Management Sciences) or a degree in Civil Engineering with an MBA in Accounting/Finance.

15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Skills in project monitoring and management. 10 years management experience.

Must be visionary, a team leader, result oriented, honest and sociable.

The incumbent will be reporting to the Executive vice Chairman and will be performing the following activities:

- Develop, design and implement strategic plans for the growth of the company.

- Budget control, monitoring and implementation.

- Leading, guiding and directing the staff with a view to achieve the company's set goals.

- Meeting  with clients with a view to enhance the growth of the company.

- Responsible for devising a succession plan to ensure that somebody is trained to assume the management of the company in the future.

- Improve the quality of work, performance and productivity of the staff and also enhance employee loyalty.

Also improve the financial and client base of the company and develop a multinational outlook with at least two offices in west Africa.
