JOB DESCRIPTION
The Country Manager will have responsibilities in five major areas: Operations, Commercial, Finance, Organization and Leadership, and Logistics
Operations: Fully responsible for store exploitation and adherence to procedures regarding management of the stocks, sales, orders, human resources and other resources made available.
Commercial: Focus on the achievement of sales, monthly KPI, analysis of sales by nationality, destination, category and exploitation of this information. Define: Lay out, Pricing, Promotions, Category selection, Replenishment and Cash Handling
Finance: Analyze income statement and balance sheet, control foreign currency and exchange rate and review payments for next month "cash position".
Organization & Leadership: Lead the store management team, Supervise personnel organization, track individual employee performance and activity, track FTE by department, and propose training for personal
Logistics: Control internal stock situation. Stock levels by category, supplier, stock outs, product discards, low rotation items, inventory count results against budget and previous year
